When I obtained an estimate for repair - I indicated I was looking for a second opinion on cost of and necessity of repairing/replacing flex pipe. The service person stated it was covered under warranty. I indicated how excited I was because $1,100 - $1,200 was a lot of money for me. After dropping off my vehicle, I received notification repairs were complete and of an estimate for additional repairs. When I saw that one of the listed items was the flex pipe, I was very surprised, upset and confused. I called Buick service for clarity and was informed the flex pipe wasn't covered under warranty (as I was previously led to believe). When I shared that what I was told was the flex pipe was covered, the gentleman on the phone kept restating it's not covered and the repair was covered. I had to press multiple times for clarity on WHAT was actually covered under warranty . . . name the part. I was informed the part and service total cost was about $300. (Now why would I have been so excited over $300? I could've paid that no problem). When I followed up my questions to express my disappointment in being misled, there was no concern, no remorse, no compassion, no empathy, no apology nor any attempt to try to have a conversation about this. This was my first experience with this auto service location and when I received the initial information, I had it in my mind that this was going to be my go to service location for my vehicle. What started out as a great experience turned into another typical experience of an auto service place taking advantage of a woman . . . I was hoping Sommers was different and was proven wrong.

Joe Carini at the service center made a dreaded visit so easy. I came in for an oil change and to check on “a funny noise”. Thankfully they found nothing serious but cleaned some sticky brake parts and I was on my way. I can’t say enough about the great staff and mechanical team at Sommers. I wouldn’t buy my car anywhere else or have it serviced anywhere else.

Had two recalls to be worked on. The 6.2L engine recall was to analyze the susceptibility of damage due to too close tolerances. The engine passed the test and now must use more expensive oil forever. Sommer’s was superior to work with. Really disappointed in GM for not addressing this additional cost going forward.

Dropped my vehicle off and got a loaner. I appreciate the service. Next maintenance found other preventable items which is ok. The issue is I didn’t want my tires rotated because I wanted to get 4 brand new tires and I previously had gotten one used one. The rep stated that I was missing a lug nut and that my tires had not been rotated. I found it odd that the lug nut that was missing was the one that needed the key. I’m sure I wasn’t missing a lug nut but ok no big deal. Today I went to a tire shop to get a quote for tires and also to see if they can get the nail out of my rear driver side tire. Come to find out that my driver side tires had been rotated and the tire with a nail in it had been moved to the front. This in turn lets me know that the mechanic may have miss placed my original lug nut and was not honest about that passing the buck to the consumer. Where’s the integrity?

Few years ago I purchased my Buick Encore from this dealer. Last year my car was totaled and needed a vehicle within a few days otherwise I would have purchased again from them. It took a lot of phone calls, explaining, arguing to get a simple repair completed and to get a loaner car. Dealing with Sommer's Sales & Service is worse than dealing with the cable company and only one step better than dealing with a health insurance provider. I never expected how nice my car looked when I got in. The floor mats were also washed and vacuumed and the dashboard was wiped clean (no dust) Please let him know what a nice job he did and how much I appreciated him.

It took numerous times of me called to finally get appointment.it felt like 2 to three months to appointment. I was told it was a sensor for the passenger air bag. Do weather I delayed a couple of times. When I got there I was told it was a mistake the sensor under the seat needed to be replaced, I was not financially prepared to pay an extra 600 dollars or more. I wasted 4 to five months to get the wrong info and I still don’t have my passenger air bag fixed. The employees were very polite that’s the only reason I am giving the score. If made me feel like my i wasn’t welcome as a customer.

You changed the oil and rotated the tires but apparently nobody checks the air pressure when they change the tires when I left. All tires were at 41 psi in the vehicle states 35 psi so I guess another one I get to do myself.

My wait time, which was not an issue, was about two hours. A muffin, cookie, chips, nuts, juice and access to the television would have been helpful. If you had all the above there prior to my arrival, then I suggest you have someone restock.

I never mind taking my car in for service at this dealership. Joe and Alex were so nice and friendly getting me checked in. They gave me an Outback as a loner (such a nice car) and the person who washed my car did such a great job I was able to take my car home and put a coat of wax on it. The last time I had my car in they even washed my floor mats for me. So unexpected and very much appreciated!!! I think someone should give this person a heads up for a job well done!!!

I brought my vehicle in because of my fuel gauge not working. Told I needed to have it diagnosed first, I was given a new loaner vehicle, so waiting was not an option? I only have one complaint, I dropped off my vehicle at 10 am and did not hear anything all day, I called at 3pm and needed to leave a voicemail. Close to 4pm call telling me it was all fixed. I was asked if it was not raining would I like it washed I said yes. When I picked up my car it was over on a side lot, not washed it had dust droplets and bird dropping on my windshield. Not a life altering issue, but what bothered me was no information for over 6 hours is not acceptable. Yes, I had a loaner, but it was so new I was afraid to take it out, newer model all digital, not my favorite, just knew the basic. I purchased my previous vehicle for this deal ship and have had all of my car maintenance done here. I realize my issue is not major or problematic, but would have liked to know what was happening, just an update would have been appreciated. Yes, they could have been very busy or short staffed, so that is why I am mention this not as an angry customer, just for future. Yes I will return and No not angry at staff, in fact I rather like seeing a female person at the service desk, she was nice, friendly, and helpful.
